As entrepreneurs and professionals there is often the need to get outside help and counsel on areas we are not experts in. And we did just that with Miranda Leurquin, MBA, SHRM-SCP and 12HR Consulting. We’ve been working with Miranda since the spring and it’s been a true honor and pleasure to work with Miranda each week. She comes prepared for each of of meetings with excellent deliverables and action items after each call. To say we have moved through our hiring and onboarding process that we wanted to construct at a smooth and steady pace is an understatement. While we have not met in person I hope that happens soon so for now we have to rely on AI to put us in the same room ❤️
